Bereavement
counseling for children after divorce
WELCOME
How nice that you have found
this blog.
If you want to work with
children to help them heal their still loose ends in terms of feelings,
thoughts, pain or negative behavior as a result of a loss in their lives, then
you have come to the right place.
Parents, aunts or uncles,
grandfathers or grandmothers can work together with this work plan and their
(grand)children, nephews or nieces to guide the process of loss after the
parents have separated, in a playful way.
Also teachers in primary
schools can work with this loss processing method.
See also other blogs in the
right sidebar such as Grief counseling for children (or click on the link).
In the new Aquarius era that
has begun, it is intended that we remember that we are connected to an inner
Source, a collective memory, from which you can draw immeasurable strength.
Just ask for it, childcare workers, caregivers, just be open to it, and it will
come to you.
In the silence of our hearts,
we arrive to the observer in ourselves, our True Self; beyond our thoughts,
feelings, physical complaints. It is in that Unity Field of Love and Light, of
which every person is a part, even if you are separated, or have lost someone
through death, that healing can be found.
The content of this blog
looks like this: (see also sidebar)
To the introductory meeting at the child’s home:
* Information about loss counseling and bereavement of children
* Questions for the parent(s)
to gain better insight into the loss process
* Intake list of grief and loss symptoms
* Explanation of the work
plan for bereavement processing for children aged 4 - 12
* Explanation during the
intake meeting:
Day1: Getting a clear picture of what actually happened
Day2: Making feelings visible and looking at feelings
Day3: Experiencing feelings - How do you feel?
Day4: Adjusting to an environment without the daily presence of the departedparent
Give the children plenty of time (a few days to a few weeks) so that each part can sink in, be worked on and played with and given a place. After which you start with the next chapter. Good luck grief and loss counselor, you can do it!

PS: When you are satisfied
with the results you achieved for the children after the healing process, I
would appreciate it if you would mention this in a comment - which can be found
under each blog - so that you can inspire others to help children heal as well.
If you are not satisfied,
send me an email message with suggestions, so that I can see how and where
adjustments can be made.
Thank you. TOGETHER WE ARE
STRONG!
